3. Why Verbal Requests Are Not Accepted

While we understand that some clients may prefer verbal discussions such as phone calls or live video, these forms of communication are subject to misunderstanding and cannot be easily referenced during development. For this reason:

• Guarantees cannot be made based on information given only in conversation
