5. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of the programming work, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once development begins or files are delivered. Revisions may be offered at our discretion or as outlined in the service agreement.

• Losses incurred from use of delivered files,
• Errors in code due to incorrect client specifications,
• Any trading losses, technical issues, or account damage.

Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
