We take the confidentiality and security of your project information seriously. Whether you are submitting a brief specification, requesting a custom quote, or receiving finished files, your data is handled with care and stored securely for the duration of the project.

2. Secure Project Handling

All project files are processed using secure systems and devices. Internal backups are version-controlled and protected from unauthorized access. Any files you send (such as existing indicators, screenshots, or strategy outlines) are used only for the purpose of completing your order and are never shared or repurposed.

3. File Storage & Retention

We retain your project files for a limited period following delivery, typically for troubleshooting, revisions, or future updates. After a reasonable period (30–90 days), project materials may be archived or deleted. You are advised to download and back up all final files upon delivery.

4. Platform Security

All access to MT4Programming.com is protected with HTTPS encryption. Any contact forms or submission methods use secure channels to transmit data. We do not collect or store passwords, account logins, API keys, or trading credentials.

5. Payment Security

All payments are processed through third-party providers (such as PayPal or Stripe) that offer their own layers of fraud protection and PCI compliance. We do not store any credit card or banking information on our servers or site.

6. No Tracking of User Behavior

We do not track your behavior within MetaTrader platforms. Our code does not phone home, monitor usage, or collect trading data. All delivered tools are self-contained and operate fully offline within the terminal environment.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Any optional use of email automation or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SendGrid, etc.) is limited to website and communication features only. No project content is passed through these systems. We do not integrate third-party code into your EA or scripts without explicit consent.

8. Your Responsibility

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot control what happens after you download your files. You are responsible for storing your code securely and protecting any sensitive account data associated with its use.
